You wait. Then you compete.
Listing sites react. The right deal appears only after it's listed, and by then every other buyer is already drafting an offer.
Bounty-driven property sourcing · Toronto & GTA
Every bounty is funded by Stripe before it goes live. The full reward goes to the hunter who surfaces the property. Nothing moves until the deal actually closes. Two sides, aligned by the same dollar.

Why bounties
Investors know exactly what they want — the street, the price ceiling, the property type. But the inventory that matches rarely hits the portals, and the people who could find it aren't paid for outcomes.
Listing sites react. The right deal appears only after it's listed, and by then every other buyer is already drafting an offer.
Motivated sellers, estate sales, coming listings, tired landlords. None of it is indexed. All of it requires local presence.
Traditional sourcing bills hours or holds retainers. The deal can never close and everyone still gets paid. Incentives aren't aligned.
Platform integrity
Bounty rewards are charged to the buyer's card the moment they accept a match, then transfer to the hunter via Stripe Connect once both sides confirm closing. Every state change is timestamped, actor-signed, and auditable.
How payout works
the rulesCard on file. Charged at match.
The buyer's card is saved at checkout but the reward is only charged when they accept a match — never before. Funds never sit on a platform bank balance.
Bounties resolve on closing.
Buyer review isn't the finish line — the bounty stays open until a deal actually closes. Only then are other submissions dismissed.
Both sides sign, or the window expires.
Closing needs dual attestation — or the 7-day auto-confirm window. No unilateral release.
Paid once, ever.
The same submission transfers at most one reward. No double-pays, no replays. See the log →

immutableStripe Connect
Payouts move from buyer's card to hunter via Stripe Connect. Funds never touch the platform's operating balance.
Dual attestation
Close requires both sides — or an expired window. No unilateral release.
Auto-confirm sweep
Recurring job closes stalled windows. Payouts can't deadlock.
Stripe confirms, not the browser
A bounty flips to funded only when Stripe itself confirms payment.
How the platform works
Outcome-based rewards. Locals who know the streets. Card on file at checkout. Payments set by the payment processor, not the browser. Every step logged. Property Bounty is the rails — the market fills in the rest.
Bounty hunters are paid only when a deal actually closes. The bounty is the single number everyone negotiates around. No hourly, no retainer, no churn.
Hunters work their own territory — the blocks and streets they already know. Coverage grows with the network, not with our headcount.
Buyers save a card at checkout. The reward is charged only at acceptance, then transferred to the hunter via Stripe Connect on closing. Funds never touch the platform's bank balance.
Payment state is set by Stripe itself, not by anything a user can click. The bounty only flips to funded when Stripe confirms payment cleared.
The same submission can only trigger one payout. Replays, retries, or network glitches can't accidentally double-pay. Same protection on refunds.
Timestamp, who did it, what they did, what changed. The audit trail is the product — disputes resolve against the log, not against memory.
